Does Your Family Need Assistance?

Family Promise of the Triangle is only able to receive referrals through Wake County's Coordinated Entry system. If your family is experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness, the first step to take is to do your intake through Coordinated Entry at Oak City Cares, Monday-Friday from 9am until 4pm.
