Family Promise of the Triangle is only able to receive referrals through Wake County's Coordinated Entry system. If your family is experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness, the first step to take is to do your intake through Coordinated Entry at Oak City Cares at 1430 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh, NC 27603. You do your intake at the following times:

• Monday: 9:30a-3:30p

• Tuesday: 9:30a-3:30p

• Wednesday: 9:00a-12:30p

• Thursday: 9:30a-3:30p

• Friday: 9:30a-2:30p
